About: This position is for a culinary role responsible for food production in a high-volume establishment with a focus on maintaining quality standards and sanitation procedures. The role involves preparing food for daily events, collaborating with Sous Chefs, setting up stations, ensuring consistency in menu items, participating in event plate out, and assisting in kitchen clean-up and inventory management. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and culinary techniques, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. High school diploma or GED is required, along with at least 1 year of prior culinary experience and a food handlers certification.
