Position: Lifted | Restaurant Barback
About: Omni Hotels is currently seeking a Barback to join their team. The Barback will assist the bartender(s) and wait staff in maintaining bar cleanliness and set-up, expediting food, replenishing supplies and service items as needed. They will stock the bar stations to par, requisition items, and maintain a par level of liquor bottles. The role also involves maintaining clean and polished glassware while being familiar with the liquors and beers sold in the bar.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of beers, wines, cocktails, and liquors; excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle tense situations calmly; observant, thorough and able to anticipate bar needs
