Position: Lifestyle Director
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities is a family-owned company specializing in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style 55-and-over senior living retirement communities nationwide. Based in Lincoln, Nebraska, they offer a vibrant environment for residents and are currently expanding their reach. The company is seeking a Lifestyle Director to work closely with residents in designing, planning, and facilitating engaging programs and activities tailored to the intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, and creative needs of the independent-living population aged 55 and older.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for serving seniors; excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and email; minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s license; previous experience in organizing and providing recreational programs, events, and activities preferred.
