Position: Lifestyle Coordinator

The company collaborates with Lifestyle Directors to plan and implement recreational activities and special events, often scheduled on weekends and evenings.
Requirements: 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or related fields; strong customer service skills; professional and energetic demeanor; effective oral and written communication; ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders; conflict resolution and people skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail and willingness to work independently and within a team; valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance; flexibility to work full-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
