About: Life Time is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic LifeSpa Coordinator to join their team. The role involves operating the telephone system, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with office tasks under the Department Head’s guidance. The ideal candidate will uphold a positive and friendly demeanor to ensure a superior caller experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service experience; CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Strong numerical skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
