Position: Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist
About: The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Team at Zillow is dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Zillow’s owned marketing channels. They accelerate execution, ensure channel health, and increase impact to drive organizational success. The team specializes in email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messaging channels, collaborating with marketing strategy, data science, and technology teams to launch new channels and campaigns. Zillow, the leading real estate website in the U.S., offers an on-demand real estate experience for customers and partners, facilitating selling, buying, renting, or financing with speed, confidence, and ease.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in channel marketing or marketing operations; hands-on experience with campaign builds and sends; proficiency in HTML/CSS; ability to think critically, be self-motivated, and navigate ambiguity; outstanding verbal and written communication skills; competence in Excel, JIRA, Litmus, and Tableau
