About: The Lead-Cafe at Life Time is a vibrant and dynamic environment where team members uphold exceptional customer service standards while executing menus according to Life Time standards. This role involves overseeing front and back of the house operations, managing team performance, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; ServSafe Certification or equivalent certification; CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire; 2 years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary, business; Experience with fast casual restaurant or full-service experience
