Position: Licensed Practical Nurse – LTAC Coordinator (Hiring Immediately)

Requirements: Covid Vaccine; 1 year Experience Minimum; BLS/CPR Certification; Updated PPD (within 1 year); Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse); Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without restrictions; Must be able to stand and walk for long hours without restrictions; Must be able to bend and lift without restrictions
