Position: LEX Nightclub – Model Marketing Bar Helper
About: The position involves working at a nightclub and entertainment venue, LEX, where the key focus is on guest service, communication, promotional and marketing requirements, entertainment aspects, cleaning, maintenance, responsible alcohol management, and teamwork within the department. The role requires adherence to company standards, execution of promotional activities, and maintaining a clean and organized environment while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 21+ years of age; proof of eligibility to work in the United States; hospitality experience preferred; possession of or ability to possess a 35 Registration and valid Alcohol Awareness card; prior promotional modeling experience a plus; working knowledge of nightclub, bar, and lounge operations, liquor, beer, and wine; familiarity with drink recipes, social media platforms, and trending topics; ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance, prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and anticipate bar needs
