Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior leasing and/or property management experience preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent attendance required; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays; positive attitude and highest level of professionalism; bilingual abilities may be required; ability to walk, stand, utilize stairs, bend daily; basic computer software experience such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
