Position: Leasing Consultant
About: Responsible for showing and leasing apartment units to prospective residents, greeting visitors, providing customer service, and completing daily office procedures. Ensures exceptional customer service to maintain the overall reputation of the property.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); 3-6 months related training/experience or combination of education and experience; Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; Must be able to read, speak, and understand English for business purposes; Must be able to read and write instructions, correspondences, memos, and converse in a professional manner; Successfully complete pre-employment background checks including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen.
