Position: Leasing Consultant
About: At Westpointe Apartments and Townhomes in Urbandale, IA, we are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, selling and renewing apartment leases in compliance with company and Fair Housing guidelines while ensuring excellent customer service and upholding company standards.
Requirements: High school or GED preferred; previous leasing experience preferred; strong sales and closing skills required; excellent organizational and customer service skills; ability to achieve closing ratios and shopping report scores in line with company guidelines
