Position: Lease Account Coordinator (Apply in minutes)
About: Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals. They build relationships over the phone and face-to-face to help customers move closer to ownership. This position offers opportunities for incentive pay based on performance.
Requirements: United States at least 19 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy; Must meet DOT requirements for certification in required states; Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly; Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; High energy with the ability to multitask effectively; Proficient computer skills.
