Position: Learning Technology Senior Consultant
About: Deloitte Consulting LLP is seeking a Learning Technology Senior Consultant to join their workforce transformation practice. The role focuses on enhancing business outcomes and customer experiences by optimizing the learning function and aligning learning programs with business strategy. The consultant will support various digital learning experience and learning advisory projects, contributing to practice development initiatives and business development efforts within the organization.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum of 4 years learning-related experience in consulting or industry; Minimum of 4 years experience serving on project teams on Learning Technology Strategy engagements; Minimum of 2 years experience supporting LMS Strategy design; Ability to travel 0-25%, on average; Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
