Position: Learning & Development Manager
About: The Boca Raton, located in a luxury resort environment, is seeking a results-driven Learning & Development Manager to design and implement innovative training programs in line with luxury service standards and organizational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry; demonstrated ability in training needs analysis and impactful training solutions; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly organized and adaptable; familiarity with luxury service standards, including Forbes Travel Guide criteria; experience in learning and development, human resources, or quality assurance is a plus; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred; training certifications and experience with Learning Management Systems are a plus
