Position: Lead VPK Teacher
About: Lead VPK Teachers at The Learning Experience are educators responsible for creating moments that make a difference in the lives of children, families, and communities. They set the academic foundation for learning, guiding both children and educators to ensure excellence in a stimulating environment.
Requirements: Current Florida VPK Credentials for the 2023-2024 school year required; 45 hours from DCF required; Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred; High school diploma/GED required; Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP); CPR and First Aid certification preferred; Must meet state specific guidelines for the role; At least 18 years of age; Extended experience in a childcare setting with a history of classroom leadership roles
