Position: Lead Veterinary Receptionist/Inventory Manager
About: East Greenbush Animal Hospital is a progressive 5 doctor small animal practice near Albany, NY, founded by Dr. Debbie Chew and Dr. Chris Rocchio in 2003. Located two hours from NYC and Boston and at the gateway to the Adirondacks, the hospital offers quality and compassionate veterinary health care to the people and pets of the Capital District. They provide full-service animal care, including preventative veterinary services, surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, digital imaging, and ultrasound, all within a paperless and well-equipped 7,200 square foot facility designed for patient and owner comfort.
Requirements: Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred; strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; experience with inventory control, ordering, and vendor management
