Position: Lead Valet – Hotel Ivy, Minneapolis
About: Towne Park, a company committed to offering competitive and fair compensation, is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests. This role involves working alongside coworkers to meet or exceed service standards, provide troubleshooting guidance, and assist in coordinating duties under the supervision of the Account Manager.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen. Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park; Work Experience: Six (6) months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Skills: Must be able to drive manual transmission, speak, read, and write Standard English language, read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, present information effectively, apply reasoning, understand mathematical concepts related to money, and comprehend time systems; Scope: Job is fairly routine with duties performed under specific instructions and guidelines; errors in judgment could impact department efficiency; Budget Responsibility: The employee has control over available resources only.
