Position: Lead Valet – Hotel Ivy, Minneapolis

This position involves orchestrating the service experience for hotel guests and ensuring service standards are met or exceeded. The Guest Service Captain works alongside coworkers under the direction of the Account Manager to provide effective service and guidance in a dynamic hotel environment.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen; Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park; Work Experience: Six (6) months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Skills: Must be able to drive manual transmission, speak, read, and write Standard English language, read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, present information effectively, apply reasoning and understanding to carry out instructions, perform basic mathematical operations, understand time systems, and rates applicable to time passed.
