This position involves overseeing a valet team of 2, ensuring policy compliance, maintaining service standards, and fostering strong communication with guests and associates in a compassionate and organized manner.
Requirements: No formal education required; 3 years continuous Driver’s License experience; License must be continuous without suspensions or expirations within 3 years; No more than 2 minor moving violations in the last 3 years; No major moving violations in the last 3 years; No alcohol or drug-related violations in the last 3 years; Positive teamwork mindset; Excellent communication skills; Clean-cut appearance; Reliable transportation; Able to pass a criminal background check; Clean driving record and capable of passing a driving test; Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
