Position: Lead Valet Attendant (PM/Weekends required) – Hilton West Palm Beach
About: Towne Park is a company committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation for the position of Guest Service Captain. The role involves orchestrating the service experience for hotel guests while ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded. The Guest Service Captain works under the direction of the Account Manager to handle coordination, administration, troubleshooting, and guidance in the absence of the manager. This position requires the ability to make judgment calls in urgent situations and report information to the manager for further direction.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen. Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park; Work Experience: Six (6) months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Skills: Must be able to drive manual transmission, speak, read and write Standard English language, comprehend instructions, present information effectively, and perform mathematical operations related to the job; SCOPE – Authority to Act: Job is fairly routine, with decisions made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect the smooth operation of the department; Budget Responsibility: The employee has control over resources available only.
