Position: Lead Valet Attendant ($21-$23/hr) – Hyatt Regency Boston
About: Towne Park is a leading hospitality and healthcare services company committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. They are currently seeking a Guest Service Captain to ensure high service standards are met or exceeded at a hotel location. The role involves coordinating service alongside coworkers, troubleshoot when necessary, and support the Account Manager in various administrative tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen; six (6) months related experience and/or training; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to drive manual transmission; ability to speak, read, and write Standard English language; strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure; attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks
