Position: Lead Valet Attendant ($20/hr + tips, Fri-Tues 2pm-11:30pm, Full-time) – Hyatt Regency Boston
About: Towne Park is a hospitality services company committed to offering competitive compensation. The company is currently seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests and ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen; Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park; Work Experience: Six (6) months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Skills: Must be able to drive manual transmission; Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English language; Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Must be able to write simple correspondence; Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and associates; Must be able to apply reasoning and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
