Position: Lead Valet Attendant ($11.50 – $13.50/hour + tips) – OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark
About: Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded under the Account Manager’s direction. This role involves coordination, troubleshooting, and handling critical issues in the absence of the manager, while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor towards guests and coworkers.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen; Six (6) months related experience and/or training; Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be able to drive manual transmission; Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English language; Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with American money; Must be able to understand 24-hour and military time systems; Ability to exert physical force occasionally and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
