Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred; at least 18 years of age; extended experience in a childcare setting with a history of classroom leadership roles; must meet state specific guidelines for the role; proven judgment in addressing risks and ensuring child safety; physical resilience to perform essential job functions
