Position: Lead Starbucks Barista (Fountain Worker)
About: Rio Las Vegas is looking for a Lead Barista (Fountain Worker) for Starbucks, to ensure service experience standards are met and surpassed, maintain quality store operations, handle cash register transactions, maximize financial contributions, and assist in team member development.
Requirements: Must have 6 months previous Barista experience, Starbucks experience preferred; work requires effective communication in English; must present a neat and professional appearance; work requires attention to detail and accuracy; work requires interactions with customers, the public, and co-workers; work requires use of a computer and/or cash register; previous experience as a Barista trainer or training baristas; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks under time constraints.
