Position: Lead Server
About: Lead Server position available at a dining establishment responsible for serving resident and guest meals, overseeing server assignments and training, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas, and ensuring proper coverage for business needs.
Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Must secure and maintain Serv-Safe certification; Must be in clean designated uniform during working hours and maintain good personal hygiene; Must be able to read and follow simple instructions; Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks; Must be able to learn quickly and apply learned principles; Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision; Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects; Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three (3) hours at a time; Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet; Must be organized and willing to work well with other associates; Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
