Position: Lead Respiratory Therapist, Nights
About: This position is responsible for supporting the supervision of shift activities, acting as an expert during the assigned shift, providing staffing and assignments support, assisting with preceptor tasks, and managing the patient care workload. The role involves promoting a highly efficient and collaborative team environment and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.
Requirements: Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences; Minimum of two years clinical experience in respiratory care; Current BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required; Proficiency in all patient care settings (e.g., adult ICU, NICU); Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) with current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia
