Position: Lead Receptionist
About: At Sedgebrook, we are dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships to enhance the lives of our residents. We are seeking a hospitality-focused Lead Receptionist to join our team and play a critical role in the smooth operation of our front desk service areas in both the Independent Living and Health/Rehabilitation Center buildings on our campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; minimum of three (3) years related receptionist or office administration experience; proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); strong verbal and written communication skills; exceptional organizational skills; ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment; effective team leadership and mentorship skills; proficiency in operating postage and copy machinery; conversational English proficiency to communicate with various stakeholders; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus; previous experience in a senior living environment or medical facility preferred.
