Position: Lead Rail Sales Representative
About: Wells Fargo Rail is seeking a Lead Rail Sales Representative for Houston, Texas to execute their commercial strategy, develop lasting customer relationships, and manage a portfolio of customers and their associated rail car leases. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, executing commercial strategies, developing strategic relationships, generating new investment opportunities, sharing market information, and working with and influencing various organizational levels internally and externally.
Requirements: 5+ years of Railcar Finance Sales experience or related experience with commercial or marketing experience in the Railroad industry, military experience, or education. Knowledge of the rail industry, experience with Class I Railroads, rail car leasing companies, or rail car builders, proven ability in implementing sales strategies, analyzing trends, financial and data analysis background, Salesforce experience, and ability to travel up to 75%.
