About: Lead Shift Porter position at a property responsible for overall cleanliness and supervision of the Porter team, delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements: Ability to follow instructions and ensure team understanding; Assist Property Operations Coordinator; Report maintenance concerns timely; Work collaboratively and distribute work fairly; Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and safety protocols; High School Diploma or GED; 1 year lead/supervisory experience desired; Experience in overseeing property cleaning preferred; Must be at least 21 years old; Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and events; Interact effectively with all team levels; Maintain punctuality and attendance; Ability to tolerate smoke, noise, bright lights, and dust.
