Position: Lead Line Cook Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: Mekiko Cantina, Hawaii’s first Fresh Mexican Restaurant located in Kapolei, Oahu, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef/Asst. Kitchen Manager to lead our high-volume kitchen. We are a 4th generation ‘start-up’ Mexican restaurant with a vision for growth, offering competitive pay with tip pooling included.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of culinary experience preferred; proficient in lead line cook/assistant kitchen manager roles; strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; knowledge of traditional Mexican food is a plus
