Position: Lead Line Cook

About: City Cellars, a restaurant located in an urban setting, is in search of a skilled and motivated Lead Line Cook to join their culinary team. This role requires a combination of strong cooking expertise and leadership responsibilities, ensuring seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen; Proficiency in multiple cooking techniques and a strong understanding of kitchen operations; Excellent communication and team-building skills, with a positive and proactive attitude; In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment; Culinary degree or equivalent training is a plus but not required
