Position: Lead Janitor
About: Goldbelt Tram, located in Juneau, Alaska, is the only aerial tramway in Southeast Alaska offering guests a unique opportunity to explore the scenic adventure aboard Juneau’s top attraction. It provides an experience to soar to new heights, discover miles of trails atop Mount Roberts, and immerse in Alaska Native culture.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; six (6) months janitorial experience; ability to work all shifts including holidays and weekends; ability to handle stress under pressure; excellent customer service skills; strong verbal communication and listening skills; ability to work collaboratively with other employees; detail-oriented and able to follow instructions; knowledge of basic cleaning principles, equipment, and products; current driver’s license with acceptable driving record
