Requirements: At least 2 years experience with OpenTable and/or Resy; communication and customer service skills; experience in training and food & beverage knowledge; excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor; high level of organization and ability to multitask; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong written and verbal communication skills; open availability on weekends and holidays are a must
