Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-end bar or restaurant, preferably as a Lead Host or similar position; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership qualities; genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations and creating memorable experiences; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities; discreet and professional demeanor; strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and full time
