About: A restaurant in need of a Lead Host/Hostess to manage all aspects of front door operations, reservations, guest assistance, and seating, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for patrons. This role requires strong communication and hospitality skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and attention to detail in administrative tasks and reservation systems management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred; exceptional customer service and communication skills; ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations; familiarity with reservation systems; flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays; good physical condition for prolonged standing and walking
