Position: Lead Generator

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; willingness to approach, speak, and engage with customers; ability to work independently in a retail environment; sales experience preferred; driven personality with an internal competitive spirit; availability to work weekend and high-volume retail hours; ability to stand/walk during shift; clean appearance to represent the ARS brand; reliable transportation; minimum age requirement of 18 years old
