Position: Lead Facility Operations
About: Life Time is seeking a Lead Facility Operations for their club to ensure cleanliness standards are met and provide leadership to the operations department in alignment with the company’s mission. Responsibilities include overseeing team members, training, budget management, and recruitment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2 years of management experience, building operations experience; CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire, Certified Pool Operations (CPO) license within 6 months of hire; ability to lift more than 20 lbs and move for prolonged periods
