Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Event Planning, Leisure Studies, Recreation, Communication, Entertainment; Five to seven years related experience and/or training; Experience managing and supporting large remote offices, ships, or locations; Experience managing and developing budgets and revenue; Proven ability to drive results; Five to seven years shipboard operational experience within the Entertainment division preferred; Shipboard Entertainment managerial or supervisorial experience preferred
