Position: Lead, Communications and Events
About: The World Economic Forum is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation. The Centre for Urban Transformation was established in 2021 with a mission to catalyse and accelerate global progress through collective action in cities and local communities.
Requirements: Broad intellectual background, with an advanced university degree (Masters or higher) in public policy, communications, business management, or similar fields. A focus on urban development preferred. 7+ years of experience in communications, public relations, event management, event program design, media, or project management. Proven track record of hands-on experience in communications strategy development, creation of publications, social media, video production, and photo editing. Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Excellent verbal and written language skills in English; other languages are a plus.
