Position: Lead Color Designer

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience); 4+ years of experience as a Lead Color Designer in the fashion or footwear industry; Strong understanding of color theory, trend forecasting, and storytelling; Experience with materials, trims, dye techniques, and manufacturing processes; Proven ability to think holistically and create original concepts; Strong portfolio demonstrating color harmonies, fresh angles, and consumer appeal (must include portfolio for consideration); Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to shifting priorities
