Position: Lead Catering Server – Wekiwa Springs
About: Hands on management style working to enhance the production, preparation, and presentation of a catering venue, ensuring all service standards are met by banquet servers. Cultivating a team environment for exceptional customer service is crucial, with a focus on maintaining consistent high performance levels from all staff members.
Requirements: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or Business Degree preferred. At least 2 years of related management experience required. Cater ease knowledge a plus. Food Safety Certified a plus. Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people. Ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; ability to work well as a team leader; ability to problem-solve. Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
