Position: Lead Cashier
About: New Seasons Market is a neighborhood market founded in 2000 by three families in Oregon & SW Washington. It is a community-focused place that supports local farmers, ranchers, and growers, aiming to connect consumers with the source of their food.
Requirements: As a retail grocer, we operate 7 days/week and 365 days/year. Our in-store positions often require evening and weekend shifts. Previous customer service, food service, retail, or grocery experience preferred. Knowledge of retail Front End Departments/Lead Cashier experience highly preferred. Previous supervisory or management experience highly preferred. Entry-level to high-level proficiency with MS Office and working knowledge with POS, inventory, or other retail-specific software required.
