Position: LEAD CAKE DECORATOR
About: Cake Decorators at our establishment are dedicated to providing ultimate service to guests, ensuring consistent high-quality products that add special meaning to every event or occasion. Key responsibilities include acknowledging and engaging with guests, maintaining a positive department atmosphere, and executing division concepts. This role also involves adhering to food safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and completing production tasks efficiently and accurately.
Requirements: Maintain quality, skills, and productivity; Minimum of two years’ experience in retail cake decorating and volume production; Ability to work at a fast-paced, efficient, and controlled manner; Ability to perform all physical aspects of the position, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking; Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. and push and pull up to 100 lbs.; Ability to work within a freezer for up to 15 minutes; Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude; Must be flexible to work various hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays; Must maintain a current food safety certification; Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
