Position: Lead Bread Baker
About: Dozen Bakery is seeking a Lead Bread Baker to join their team. This full-time, hourly position reports to the bread department manager and requires 40 hours of work weekly, including at least one weekend day and one closing day (6pm) weekly. The Lead Bread Baker will be responsible for training, quality control, and supporting various duties within the bread department at Dozen Bakery.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bakery or similar setting preferred; strong knowledge of bread production processes and techniques; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to train and mentor team members effectively
