Position: Lead Bartender (“Lider de Cantineros/as”)
About: An upscale hotel seeking a Lead Bartender who will provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, supervise beverage staff, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef in ensuring high-quality service standards.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; three years high volume bar/food service experience required; at least one year of Supervisory/lead bartender experience preferred; Micros experience preferred; must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol; Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required
