Position: Lead Bartender / Bar Supervisor
About: Wooden Paddle is a communal, wood-fired pizzeria with artsy cocktails and good-time energy. It is an 11-year-old restaurant and catering company started in 2013, known for creating Super Fun Dining Experiences with shareable, wood-fired comfort foods, artsy cocktails, and a lively ambiance. The company’s mission is to provide 10 million Good-Time Guest Experiences by 2033. Wooden Paddle is expanding with new locations, including another Wooden Paddle in La Grange, a 200-seat event venue named Remi, and a rooftop bar. Opportunities for growth abound within the company.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old; at least 3 years of restaurant experience in a Bartender role, with a craft cocktail focus; at least 1 year of restaurant experience in a Lead Bartender/Bar Supervisor role, or similar, preferred; a valid driver’s license and sole access to a personal vehicle; familiarity with Toast and MarginEdge a plus
