Position: Lead Bartender

Requirements: Customer service and communication skills; experience in food & beverage and bartending; cash handling expertise; ability to create a welcoming and efficient bar atmosphere; excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; attention to detail and ability to multitask; certification in mixology or bartending is a plus; previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
