Position: Lead Bartender

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a bartender; knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to handle cash transactions and balance the till; competency in Microsoft Office suite; physically able to lift 40+ pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks; familiarity with point of sale systems and inventory management software; willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; collaborative team player and customer-focused mindset.
